More Turquoise Fun!

We must be a turquoise loving bunch. Last week I shared the turquoise cart I got from Ikea to organize all my piano teaching stuff. And this week I wanted to share a quick update of my daughter's new turquoise curtains...yes, that I made! If you want a tutorial, I'm sorry but that's not what you'll see because I'm not much on sewing!  Her tween room has been such a fun place for her to hang out and we added another splash of color with functionality...

Am I the only one who struggles with anxiety? Am I the only one who feels completely out of control at times? Maybe we struggle in different ways - you might struggle with clutter being out of control where I struggle with "life" feeling crazy and out control.

How I Deal with My Husband's Clutter: An Honest Confession from an Organized Wife

My husband travels often for business. Last week, he was away on a trip and I decided that I needed to spiffy up his closet. So, I opened it up and started refolding things that had fallen over and put back "where they belong" {or at least in my world of where it belongs}. I'm not going to lie, I don't like clutter. I don't like anyone else's clutter. I love my husband - he's amazing and so wonderful. But, I REALLY don't like his clutter. How do I deal with his clutter?

Essential Oils for Special Needs Kids {and Adults, too}!

Ever since I posted on my Instagram, THIS photo, I have had a lot of people asking me about essential oils and special needs kids. And, yes, essential oils can help kids with all kinds of special needs {and adults, too} - including ADD, ADHD, autism, seizures, asperger's, downs, and more. I think life would have been a lot more manageable, but the good news is that YOU can have knowledge and can tell your friends or family who have children with special needs about how essential oils can help...
