Bringing Out the OCD in Me!

I admit, I'm not really OCD - or the typical perfectionist who needs things perfectly put in a certain way, but I know I have many readers who do! I know that it's important that things are just so - you won't get me to tell you that but I like when things are in order and look pretty! Today I have a product I'm sharing with you and a giveaway! This is the Xangar clothes hanger spacers. Okay, you're thinking, "what?" I know, I thought that too, but it's got some neat things about it that I want to show you. It's this foamy little spacer that you use between your hanger in your closet.

 So, here's what it would look like before, above. Not a drastic difference, but for all my friends who are bugging their OCD eyes out, probably a HUGE difference! Let me share a few reasons why I do and do not like these with a list of pros and cons.

Pros:
  • Makes all your clothes uniform and neat looking
  • "Looks" amazing
  • Keeps clothes neat and helps keep from wrinkling
  • Causes you to limit the number of clothes you keep in your closet
  • Helps with less clutter
  • Minimalistic for those who are trying to keep clothes to a minimum
  • Spaces them apart perfectly
  • Helps your clothes to "breathe"
  • Keeps hangers from overlapping


 Cons:

  • If you try to put one extra outfit/hanger on the rod, it's not gonna happen {which is also a plus} so you must keep the "one in, one out" rule.
  • Jealousy by all your friends who look in your perfectly spaced hangered closet. It's going to happen, trust me!

    Oooh, I want these more than I should. They definitely cater to the OCD in all of us. I imagine another downside is that you can't scooch the items from the far left anf right ends of the closet into the middle to see what you have. But who cares? Life is full of tradeoffs.

    Oh my gosh, I love the thought of being able to use these in my closet! I get a lot of comments from people right now when they see my closet because I have it arranged by color. To me that makes the most sense, that way when I want a teal blouse, all of them are in the teal section, easy peasy.
